New-Indy Containerboard LLC seeks a Plant Manager to direct production, distribution, maintenance, receiving, and supervision across the plant. The role involves leading department supervisors to uphold safety, quality, and efficient output in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive corrugated manufacturing leadership experience, strong cost control skills, and a track record of driving plant profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Five years experience as a proven manager.
• Ten years corrugated manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED plus college/technical courses.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs production, distribution, maintenance, receiving, and supervision operations for the Plant, by performing the duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
• Leads all departments in the plant with department supervisors to maintain safety, quality, and efficient production.
• Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of plant.
• Directs preparation of production, human resources, and labor/costs records.
