Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard LLC is seeking a machine operator to set up and run production lines in a corrugated manufacturing environment. You will load and monitor equipment, verify materials against specifications, and maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring product quality.

The role requires the ability to read a tape measure, work a flexible schedule, and operate in a fast-paced setting with a strong safety mindset. Prior corrugated manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible schedule to support production.
• Knowledge of equipment design and production specifications for efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up & operate various machines.
• Run material through the machine according to company specifications.
• Ensure correct materials meet customer specifications.
• Ensure all inventory entries are complete and accurate.
• Inspect and maintain quality of product.
• Meet all safety policies and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist in two man feeds as necessary.
• Duties may be expanded or added.
