• Coordinate production, distribution, and warehousing per policies and procedures.
• Review costs and product quality; modify inventory and production control for profitability.
• Direct preparation of production, HR, and labor/costs records; assist in budget negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEQ, EEO, wage-hour regulations; manage plant safety and environment.
