Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year leadership experience in a role involving operation of construction machinery or equipment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises plant personnel and trains staff as needed.
• Informs management of safety, ash supplies and NPPD issues.
• Plans daily operations and delegates tasks to staff.
• Operates loaders, graders, trucks within the plant area.
• Loads fly ash and bottom ash into trucks or rail cars.
• Ensures tickets and invoicing documents are accurate.
• Maintains shop and equipment per safety standards.
• Completes weekly employee timecards and prepares invoices.
