Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of mechanical maintenance/repair experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and provide training.
• Coordinate with General Manager and Plant Ops staff on projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely and on time.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for fleet and plant equipment.
• Perform and oversee scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Operate and ensure safe operation of heavy equipment.
