Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at the U.S. manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency and cost management while delivering solid financial results.

You will lead Lean initiatives, manage production planning, and ensure compliance with ISO standards across all functions. A strong leadership background and experience in plastics or metals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• 7-10 years in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement with leadership experience.
• Lean environment experience required.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification a plus.
• Experience with ISO or equivalent quality standards.
• Experience with plastic injection molding and metal processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including safety, quality, scheduling and production.
• Lead Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee plant performance, KPIs, and cost control with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers; develop staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.
