Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a results-driven Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our North Carolina facility. You will oversee safety, quality, production scheduling and budgeting to meet customer expectations and financial targets.

You will drive lean initiatives, manage P&L, and mentor a diverse team while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company policies. A strong track record in high‑speed manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• 7–10 years in operations, maintenance, or process improvement.
• Experience in lean environment and high-speed manufacturing.
• ISO quality standards experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facility delivers high quality products within budgeted costs.
• Leads lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
• Manages plant P&L and reviews KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversees safety, scheduling, quality, production and maintenance.
