Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of production/manufacturing management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and manufacturing safety.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or production management systems.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors and employees.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Monitor production performance, KPIs, downtime, labor efficiency, quality, and output.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing process improvements.
• Optimize labor, equipment, materials, and production capacity.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Reduce downtime and improve overall operational efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
