Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Plant Manager to lead production operations across facilities, ensuring cost-efficient processes and effective project management. You will report KPI’s, develop staffing plans, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Quality and Safety standards.

A strong leader will foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere among team members. Responsibilities include implementing Lean methodologies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business operations management or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in related discipline is a plus.
• 5 years’ experience in Plant management.
• Excellent knowledge of progressive manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and team wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Develops systems and drives continuous improvement for supply chain and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Drives safety-first culture and ensures a safe work environment.
• Develops staffing plans to meet operational objectives.
• Reports KPI’s and maintains operational goals and strategy.
• Collaborates with Director of Operations and management teams.
