Job summary

MAC Incorporated in Hartwell, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3PM-11PM). You will lead a diverse team, communicate production goals, and ensure safety and quality standards.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, hands-on training, and the ability to relay objectives to staff. Salary starts at $60,000 with a $5,000 bump after 90 days, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• H.S. education or GED with 2+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise plant production by organizing and assigning work, instructing, guiding, and assisting employees to achieve production and quality goals.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to production, shipping & receiving, safety and sanitation.
• Lead in training and development of employees, managing performance and fostering a successful environment.
• Organize and coordinate production efficiently.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications for inbound/outbound, shipping, receiving and production.
