Job summary

Dover’s Vehicle Service Group, based in Madison, IN, is seeking a Director of Ops Finance to partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive process improvements and margin growth. The role reports to the Finance Director NSA and requires strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

The candidate will oversee cost accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while ensuring integrity and timely financial information for decision-making at the Madison site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years’ experience in a professional finance/business environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.
• CPA and/or CMA or MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Logistics, and R&D to drive process improvements and margin growth.
• Report and analyze monthly financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide commentary on variances and KPI trends to support decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and uphold confidentiality.
