Warn Auto in Madison, IN is seeking a seasoned Plant Controller to partner with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and R&D to drive strategic and process improvements that boost performance and margin.

The role reports to the Finance Director NSA at the Madison site and requires 10+ years in finance within manufacturing, expert costing, ERP experience, and strong leadership. CPA/CMA or MBA preferred, with a track record of delivering cost savings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
CPA and/or CMA or MBA preferred.
10+ years' experience in a professional finance/business environment.
Manufacturing ERP experience and strong cost accounting background.

Responsibilities

Support Operations and Supply Chain to drive process improvements and profitability.
Report monthly financial performance, budgets and forecasts.
Partner with plant leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Improve management reporting and provide timely financial insights for decision-making.
Analyze trends in key metrics and present root-cause analyses of variances.
Oversee standard costing processes and inventory control programs.
Plan capacity vs demand and contribute to strategic planning.
Lead Lean initiatives, mentoring, and development within the finance team.
