Job summary

Destaco, located in Madison, Indiana, seeks a Director of Operations Finance to act as a key business partner across Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and R&D. The role centers on strategic and operational improvements to drive margin growth and profitability.

The candidate will report to the Finance Director NSA and lead the site’s finance functions. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years in finance, and ERP experience; CPA/CMA or MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional finance/business environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.
• CPA and/or CMA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Logistics, and R&D to drive process improvements and profitability.
• Report monthly financial performance, budgets, and forecasts with plant management.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and cost savings with plant leadership.
• Improve inventory accuracy and standard costing processes; support capacity planning.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; communicate financial information clearly.
