Dover Corp's Vehicle Service Group seeks a Manufacturing Plant Controller at the Madison, IN site. The role partners with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and R&D to drive strategic and operational improvements for margin growth. Reports to the Finance Director NSA and oversees standard costing and financial planning.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, experience with ERP systems and a strong background in manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
The position will require working closely as a business partner with management and multiple functions including Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and R&D to develop and implement strategic, operational, and process improvements that will drive business performance and margin growth.He/she will directly report to the Finance Director NSA and be located at the Madison, IN manufacturing site.
