Job summary

Dover Corp's Vehicle Service Group seeks a Manufacturing Plant Controller at the Madison, IN site. The role partners with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and R&D to drive strategic and operational improvements for margin growth. Reports to the Finance Director NSA and oversees standard costing and financial planning.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, experience with ERP systems and a strong background in manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional finance/business environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations and Supply Chain leaders to drive process improvements and improve profitability.
• Report and analyze monthly financial performance; prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify opportunities that increase productivity and cost savings.
• Develop and utilize analytical tools to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Provide mentoring and leadership within the finance team.
