Qualifications

• 2-year trade school degree or certificate with mechanical/electrical/HVAC focus.
• 5 years of commercial/industrial maintenance and repair experience (hospital, hotel, high-rise).
• California Fire and Life Safety Card required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on electrical equipment and will make repairs to air conditioning controls, plumbing, drain snaking, carpentry, painting, plastering, and other assigned duties.
• Work under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager.
• Provide maintenance services throughout the Providence Holy Cross Service area.
