Qualifications

• Working knowledge of multiple trades, including mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Maintenance Execution

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve issues using technical expertise across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Capital Equipment Support

• Assist in planning and evaluating capital equipment and facility upgrades
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase equipment reliability
• Maintain records of facility assets, including location, condition, and lifecycle status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
• Strong background in electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Working knowledge of multiple trades, including mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and extended standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial facilities maintenance environments
• Certifications such as OSHA 10 (General Industry) or NFPA 70E
• Experience working with contractors and vendor management
• Proven ability to support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
