Job summary

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform diverse facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities with on-call rotations and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with a commitment to reliability and safety in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and document completed work.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety inspections and basic upkeep including fluid checks, tire inspections, light replacement, and cleanliness checks.
• Coordinate scheduled vehicle maintenance and respond to urgent fleet issues during assigned on-call periods.
• Maintain accurate vehicle inspection and maintenance logs.
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs within defined response time expectations.
