Job summary

Providence Mount St. Vincent seeks a skilled facilities technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across the campus. You will respond to resident equipment needs and ensure all systems operate safely and reliably.

This role supports Plant Operations and adheres to established policies and procedures. Qualified candidates hold National Steam Engineer Licenses (I/II/III) and have 3–4 years of related experience with electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration, and building

Qualifications

• National Steam Engineer Licenses required at hire (Grade I/II/III).
• 3 years of experience as electrician, plumber, HVAC/R mechanic, or 4 years as maintenance mechanic with knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, refrigeration and building heating/venting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility mechanical and electrical equipment in good, safe, working condition.
• Respond to resident needs for equipment-related repairs.
• Support Plant Operations policies and procedures.
