Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the Providence Holy Cross Service area. You will address electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related tasks under the Facilities Manager's supervision.

• Work under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager.
• Provide maintenance services throughout the Providence Holy Cross Service area.

This position will provide maintenance services throughout the Providence Holy Cross Service area.

Performs repairs on electrical equipment and will make repairs to air conditioning controls, plumbing, drain snaking, carpentry, painting, plastering, and other assigned duties. This position works under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: 2 Year Trade School Degree or Certificate, Major Study: Vocational Training in mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, welding, automotive etc., combined with 3 years of experience with Commercial or Industrial building maintenance or




• 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance and repair experience (such as Hospital, Hotel, High Rise buildings).




• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Upon hire: EPA 608.
