Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is required.
MBA is preferred for strategic leadership and growth initiatives.
Strong leadership and people development capabilities are essential.
Demonstrated ability to drive Lean operating system practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead plant operations across multiple campuses with P&L accountability.
Drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost improvements.
Develop strategic plans aligned with ISO, FDA, EPA, OSHA, and other regs.
Oversee NPI execution and ensure on-time, on-quality results.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
Build and mentor a high-performance, cross-functional team.
Establish relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, and internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering to deliver exceptional products.
