Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multiple departments.
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, and plant performance metrics.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead and develop supervisors and plant leadership teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, service, cost, and performance.
