Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator at the Broadway Hatchery to train new employees and retrain staff to meet line speed and yield goals. You will oversee cross-department training, safety compliance, and attendance while supporting turnover management.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in dusty and hot environments, and adapt to weekend or holiday schedules. Prior bilingual capability is a plus, and basic office machinery experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Trains new employees to perform all jobs across departments.
• Reads and writes in English; basic office machinery knowledge expected.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and maintain safety/attendance records.
• Willingness to work in dusty, hot and wet environments and handle cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and retrain current employees to meet line speed and yield targets.
• Lead by example by performing all jobs across departments in the facility.
• Assist with plant quality control and problem solving as needed.
• Be willing to work in any area of the facility with turnover.
