Pilgrim’s Broadway Hatchery is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to train new hires and re-train existing staff, ensuring line speeds and productivity. This role requires flexibility to work across departments and shifts, in dusty environments, with strong attention to attendance and safety.
The position emphasizes ability to lead by example, read/write English, and adapt to all areas of the hatchery as needed. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for training new employees, as well as re‑training current employees to ensure that all employees reach and maintain line speed requirements, while maximizing yield. Must be able to perform all jobs that are part of the full rotation in various departments, meeting specs, efficiency speeds and productivity in order to lead by example. Must be able to work in a dusty environment and strong odors. May assist with plant quality control and problem solving. Must be willing to work in any area of the facility that has turnover.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Skill Summary:
Capable of training new employees to perform all jobs in various departments
Basic knowledge of office machinery (calculator, copier, computer)
Must be self motivated and able to work without direct supervision
Excellent attendance, safety and work record
Must be very dependable and punctual
Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Bi-lingual skills helpful
Must be able to read and write English
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be able to work in hot, dusty and wet environments
Must be able to work any schedule as needed
Must be able to push and pull 450 pound buggies
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
