Job summary

Pilgrim’s Broadway Hatchery is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator – Hatchery to train new hires and retrain staff to achieve line speed, yield and productivity goals. You will lead across rotating departments in dusty, hot, and wet environments, demonstrating best practices and adapting as needed.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to read and write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to train staff to perform all jobs across departments.
• Excellent attendance and safety record required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in dusty, hot, wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and re-train staff to meet line-speed and yield targets.
