Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Orientation Trainer to support onboarding of new hires. You will schedule classes, organize materials, present courses, and measure training effectiveness to ensure programs run smoothly.

Responsibilities include administering orientation, supervising new hires during training, coordinating with HR, Benefits, and trainers, and maintaining venues and equipment. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience in training in a plant/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or two years of college in Communications/HR preferred.
• Experience in training and onboarding programs is expected.
• Ability to organize training logistics and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate all new hire orientation and onboarding training.
• Supervise new hires during training and report needs to HR/management.
• Develop relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients.
• Review training materials with trainers, supervisors, HR, and Benefits coordinators.
• Schedule and coordinate multiple training sessions and venues/equipment.
• Participate on HR and company committees and track compliance/results.
