Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 3 years of plant modeling, simulation, or V&V experience.
• Strong knowledge of Model-Based Development and virtual testing.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent modeling tools.
• Knowledge of 0D/1D physical system modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and at least one scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 0D/1D plant models for propulsion, chassis, ADAS, and infotainment.
• Ensure models meet fidelity for each development phase.
• Validate models against requirements and test data.
• Support model reduction and optimization for faster simulations.
• Integrate plant models into XIL workflows and toolchains.
• Collaborate with controls, architecture, and testing teams to enable virtual development.
