Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High School Education/GED.
• Five to seven years of experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of proven supervisory experience.
• Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises equipment and personnel to optimize safety, quality, productivity and spoilage.
• Communicates production changes and issues across departments and shifts.
• Leads on-the-job training and coaching for employees as needed.
• Applies knowledge of processes to improve plant production.
• Manages machinery setup and adjustments and inspects products for quality.
