Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of production experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with safety protocols.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow and effectively communicate safety practices and OSHA requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
• Strong communication verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks, production schedules, and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols through consistent communication and training.
• Record incident details and complete required forms for proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Prepare team members for daily activities by communicating equipment status and expectations.

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain time and attendance records in the system.
• Handle production reports, equipment data, and staffing reports.
