Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires proactive issue resolution to maintain targets and performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and leadership abilities, and familiarity with safety regulations. The position offers growth within a global packaging leader.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements: High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to communicate safety practices and OSHA requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the team.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety with daily safety discussions, observations, and audits.
• Prepare team for daily activities by communicating equipment status and task assignments.
• Maintain time/attendance records and handle production reports.
• Conduct daily can and end meetings to review quality metrics and goals.
• Identify production opportunities, assist in troubleshooting, and implement corrective actions.
