Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Continuous Improvement Manager III to lead the site CI program at the Belcamp, MD distribution center, with an eventual transfer to Sparrows Point, MD. You will drive JTE-based improvements, coach pillars, and align with the Americas JTE master plan to achieve annual savings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical decision-making and relationship-building.
• Experience with JTE or TPM methodologies.
• 2–5 years in a High-Performance Organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute the site’s continuous improvement program to deliver annual savings targets.
• Lead RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) program across the site.
• Support the JTE Masterplan and participate in audits and standards development.
• Develop and deploy training materials for JTE systems and coach site teams.
