QE Solar is seeking a Plant Manager to lead field services for solar and battery storage projects across diverse sites. You will supervise maintenance, inspections, equipment testing, and ensure O&M compliance while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

You will manage internal and external field crews, uphold safety protocols, prepare service tickets and reports, and help develop skills in PV, inverter, MV, and BESS systems.

Formación

• 4 years of technical experience as Plant Manager or Field Engineer in power generation.
• Experience with 600V–1500V systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and NFPA-70E.
• C&I/Utility-scale solar and BESS experience.
• IT/networking basics: RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair solar site failures; perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage internal and external field teams and scheduling.
• Ensure safety programs; enforce site plans and procedures.
• Prepare service tickets and site reports; communicate with leadership.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors for timely resolutions.
