Job summary

Fenner Dunlop seeks an experienced Plant Manager for its Lavonia, GA facility. You will lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate across departments to meet customer demand.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale textile/conveyor belting manufacturing and strong people leadership. The Lavonia plant demands strategic thinking, budget accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with significant leadership responsibility.
Experience leading supervisors, front-line leaders, and large hourly manufacturing teams.
Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TPM, and 5S.
Experience managing plant budgets and contributing to plant-level financial results.

Responsibilities

Lead daily plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer service objectives.
Coordinate across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, and Finance to minimize downtime and remove barriers.
Develop plant leadership and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
Monitor performance against plan and take timely corrective actions to stay on target.
Establish and communicate production goals and standard work across shifts.
