Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products in the United States seeks a Plant Manager to lead safety, quality, delivery and cost at our Duluth facility. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires building high-performing teams, managing budgets, and promoting an inclusive, value-driven culture while partnering with HR, Quality, and Engineering to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field (equiv. experience considered).
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including managers and supervisors.
• Proven success leading manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee production planning and on-time delivery targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and other teams to improve flow.
• Drive lean improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Develop leaders and foster an inclusive, accountable culture.
