Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Plant Manager for our Kennedale, TX facility. The role leads manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You’ll manage staff development, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to support plant metrics.

The position emphasizes leadership, budget discipline, and adherence to standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment or an Associates degree in related fields.
• Bachelors’ degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a safe working environment for the facility.
• Ensure production systems exist to manufacture quality products efficiently.
• Hire, supervise, orient and train staff; develop leadership and succession.
• Drive safety, environmental and quality improvements based on best practices.
• Ensure production and delivery schedules are met and aligned with plans.
• Lead budget management and cost-reduction initiatives.
