Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at the Kennedale, TX facility and ensure non-stop plant operations.

You will direct mechanics and technicians across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with operations to maximize equipment reliability while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and 5+ years as maintenance manager.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical control equipment in industrial manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, frontend loaders and batch mixers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff of mechanics/technicians in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize repairs based on operational demand with operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Plan and schedule routine and preventative maintenance and monitor personnel.
• Order parts and manage outside contractor services as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
