Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at the Kennedale facility. You will supervise mechanics and technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs to ensure non-stop plant performance.

The role requires an associate degree with 5+ years of maintenance management experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience as maintenance manager.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and electronic control systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff of mechanics/technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Assist and direct workers in diagnosis of malfunctions in equipment and machinery.
• Identify root causes of malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Work with operations to prioritize equipment/form repairs based on operational demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide a safe work environment.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
• Plan and implement a schedule of routine and preventative maintenance and assign/monitor personnel.
• Order parts for special projects, routine maintenance, spare parts, tools and equipment as needed.
• Secure and manage outside contractor services as needs arise.
