Plant Manager – (PCB Manager)

Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-site, Direct Hire)

Compensation: $100K–$110K (Based on experience) + PTO, 401K, Medical/Dental

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead and support production operations in a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. The role focuses on managing PCB assembly and cable/harness production, implementing process improvements, and leading teams to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the PCB manufacturing team and daily operations
2. Analyze and improve manufacturing methods and processes
3. Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation
4. Optimize efficiency by evaluating layout, workflow, and labor utilization
5. Determine equipment, tools, and parts needed for production goals
6. Collaborate with customers on product design and specifications
7. Provide leadership on manufacturing best practices
8. Monitor key process analytics and performance metrics
9. Oversee plant-wide functions including production, materials, finance, quality, HR, and IT
10. Calculate labor, material, and production costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing with specific PCB expertise
• Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001, ISO 13485 is a plus
• Experience with PCB assembly, cable, and harness manufacturing
• Strong project management skills, including SWOT analysis
