Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to review P&L and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Standard Work, Six Sigma, 5S, ISO 9001, Kaizen, and 8D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations focusing on safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Lead and develop plant teams, including hiring and training.
• Coordinate KPI tracking with department managers to hit targets.
• Execute capital projects with ROI focus.
• Maintain 5S, standard work, and visual management on the shop floor.
• Drive OEE improvements and cost per unit reductions.
• Support maintenance and QMS programs.
