Job summary

The EHS Service Manager at Amrize will partner with plant leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance and leading key safety programs in a manufacturing environment located in Portland, OR.

You will drive audits, incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement, overseeing safety policies, permits, and reporting, while supporting emergency response and risk reduction across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard assessments.
• Experience in conducting incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ability to train and influence employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with plant leadership to embed safe work practices.
• Develop and implement safety programs aligned with regulations.
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Drive employee involvement and safety committee activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Lead accident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate safety training and permit management.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
