Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Storm Lake, IA seeks a Plant Manager to lead shop floor operations, directing manufacturing, scheduling, maintenance and quality to achieve cost targets and on-time deliveries. You will ensure production efficiency while driving EBIT and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Management.
10+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in a supervisory capacity.
Broad knowledge of manufacturing methods, production planning, employee relations, and cost/financial controls.

Responsibilities

Directs manufacture and assembly of products at optimum costs with quality and performance standards.
Meets scheduled delivery dates with minimal WIP and optimal use of resources.
Develops cost, scrap, rework and extra-work reduction programs to improve EBIT.
Controls production costs, inventory, shipping and receiving through subordinates.
Coordinates execution of manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements and plant capacity.
