Job summary

ResourceTek is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager for a copper and aluminum wire/cable facility near Jackson, MS. You will lead manufacturing, safety, quality, and delivery while guiding budgets and growth initiatives.

You will build a high-performance team, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes safety, accountability, and relentless improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• 10+ years’ manufacturing experience, supervisory/managerial preferred.
• 5+ years in a process-based manufacturing environment; wire & cable experience preferred.
• Extensive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations at the plant to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Drive world-class EH&S and safety culture to an accident-free environment.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, capital plans, and production forecasts.
• Oversee staffing, production flow, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across process, equipment, facilities and people.
