WireCo is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer expectations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years senior level experience managing operating processes in a high volume industrial environment.
• Experience in strategic objective planning and budgeting/P&L.
• Ability to develop and manage teams and empower them to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, organization, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as QAD, SAP, Infor, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, with 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Deliver plant’s operational goals of safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
• Direct production, material planning, talent, quality, supply chain, safety, compliance, shipping and maintenance.
• Establish short and long-range strategic operating objectives for manufacturing.
• Improve operational management systems and best practices to align with the WireCo Business System.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers in manufacturing and other functions to drive growth and profitability.
• Own HSE performance and culture, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility are integrated.
• Direct major capital projects and coordinate with supply chain to meet output and budget.
