Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Plant Manager for the Southeast Ohio/West Virginia facility to lead safety, quality, production and financial performance. The role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can develop people, drive accountability, and translate operational results into measurable improvements.

Experience in machining, forging, or metal manufacturing is beneficial, but top leaders from other manufacturing environments with proven operational success are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; significant leadership experience may substitute.
• Prior Plant Manager experience in manufacturing or similar operations is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or related CI methodologies preferred.
• ISO 9001 experience is beneficial.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, people, quality, production, delivery, and financial performance.
• Develop people, establish accountability, and translate operational performance into measurable results.
• Lead complex manufacturing operations, build high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Safety, Finance, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, and other locations.
