Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Columbus, GA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily production, drive safety, quality, service and cost targets, and ensure supply chain execution for finished goods in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven plant.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of manufacturing leadership, with SAP/ERP exposure and Lean MS-168 experience; duties include budgeting, staff development, capital projects, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in a manufacturing operation.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of staff, visitors, equipment, and facility per NA Manufacturing Safety Program.
• Lead manufacturing team to high performance through a structured lean system (MS-168).
• Interface with senior management to align manufacturing goals with strategic direction.
• Manage staff, organizational structure, budgeting and capital project oversight.
