Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, is seeking a Plant Manager for its Columbus, GA facility to lead daily production, ensure safety, quality, service and cost objectives, and drive supply chain execution for finished goods. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of manufacturing management experience, plus SAP/ERP and Lean methodology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Experience transferring/starting up or integrating operations between facilities preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience.
• Lean methodologies knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of staff, visitors, equipment, and facility; comply with EHS standards.
• Lead the manufacturing team using a structured lean manufacturing system to drive performance.
• Interface with senior management to align manufacturing goals with strategic direction.
• Manage site staff directly or indirectly and oversee budgeting and capital projects.
• Oversee investigations of variances and performance data, ensuring timely documentation.
