Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. in Columbus, GA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive Lean initiatives, and meet safety, quality, service and cost objectives.

You will implement continuous improvement strategies and ensure supply chain execution for finished goods. The role requires a minimum of seven years of supervisory experience in a 24x7 chemical industrial environment, proficiency with ERP systems, and a proven record in budgeting, cost reduction, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or closely related discipline.
• Master’s degree in business administration, manufacturing, or engineering is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean initiatives and operational excellence across manufacturing.
• Develop and monitor data metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, cost of sales, and capital expenditure planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine lean transformation plans.
• Drive on-time delivery, productivity, and inventory optimization.
