Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Plant Manager for its Columbus, GA facility. You will lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, service and cost targets while ensuring timely supply of finished goods.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of manufacturing management experience, with SAP/ERP exposure and lean methods. On-site role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in a manufacturing operation.
• Experience leading transfer/startup/integration of manufacturing operations between facilities.
• SAP/ERP experience; lean manufacturing knowledge; Excel/Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of staff, visitors, equipment, and facility per NA Manufacturing Safety Program.
• Lead the manufacturing team using lean manufacturing principles and MS-168.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and achievement of production targets.
• Develop staff and maintain performance documentation; support leadership goals.
