Mauser Packaging Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, driving safety, quality, efficiencies, and meeting customer expectations while achieving financial results. The role leads Lean manufacturing initiatives, manages site-wide P&L, and conducts strategic planning, capacity, and resource allocation.

Interaction with customers, suppliers, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• Experience in a Lean environment is required.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience with plastic injection molding and metal processing is preferred.
• Experience managing to ISO or equivalent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including safety, quality, production planning, shipping, and maintenance.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Manage profit and loss and monitor KPIs on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Drive strategic planning, cost reduction, and capital planning for the site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations.
