We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a multi-shift manufacturing operation of approximately 150 employees. This position will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics while driving safety, operational excellence, employee development, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, production, on-time delivery, and financial objectives are consistently achieved.
• Monitor plant performance through KPIs and operational metrics while driving Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team through workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, employee engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, procurement, commercial, and other functions to align production capacity, resources, and priorities with business and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including demonstrated success leading plant operations, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, production planning, and ERP/MRP systems, with a proven ability to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial, and change-management skills, with the ability to build effective teams and influence at all levels of an organization.

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing a multi-shift manufacturing operation and developing a strong leadership succession pipeline.
